Gov. Andrew Cuomo isn’t the only public figure whose popularity varies around New York State.
A Nov. 18 Siena College Research Institute survey found that more upstate residents believe in Santa Claus than do other New Yorkers.
According to the survey, 33% of the upstate respondents said they believe in Santa. Just 21% of the New York City respondents said they believed in him. The number was only slightly higher in the suburbs – 23%. Continue reading
